Arts & Literature Festival

The Inaugural Arts & Literature Festival was held here in La Grande last month. Focused on middle school children, the festival's mission is to "give children the tools and spark their interest in reading to encourage self-esteem, increase reading comprehension, increase vocabulary and pave the road toward a more successful future."

We were happy to help this year by donating design work. Perhaps in the future (when we overcome our fear of public speaking!), we can offer sessions on design and self-publishing. Below are two radio spots currently running to raise awareness of the festival as well as thank the businesses involved. It definitely feels great to be a part of something so positive (and it's also pretty cool to hear your business thanked on the radio!).
